A terrifying video has shown the moment a group of workers ran for their lives after narrowly escaping a massive flash flood in Nepal.

Rescuers are continuing to look for survivors after the US Geological Survey said that a ‘glacial collapse’ triggered the wall of water and mud that tore through Nepal and Tibet.

More than 800 people are still said to be missing,and at least 270 have died in Nepal.

Meanwhile,in Tibet,just under 600 people are missing,with three confirmed dead.

The footage shows a huge rush of water tearing through the mountains as people scramble to safety.

‘Oh my God,oh my God’ can be heard being repeated by the person who is filming the flooding,before he himself turns and runs up a hill.
